Hazel, the five-months-old daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Albro Amidon, of Tenth street and Garfield avenue, died at four o'clock yesterday afternoon of cholera infantum. The funeral service will be held from the residence Friday afternoon at 2 o'clock, Rev. George A. Bretz, of Albion, Ind., officiating.
