WILLIAM BOTZ
DIES OF FALL

Injuries received several days ago
when he fell over backwards in a
chair at his home proved fatal
Tuesday morning to William Botz,
68, of- Memphis, formerly a Syracuse
storê keeper. Although Botz was
confined to his bed after the fall, it
was not believed his condition was
serious until a few hours before his
death.
Coroner William R. Winne investigated
and after giving a verdict
released the body to the f¹mily for
burial. The body will be at Harts
funeral parlors until Thursday
morning when services will be conducted
there and in the Church of
the Assumption. Burial will be in
Assumption cemetery.
Surviving Mr. Botz are two sons,
William .J. and Frank Botz; one
brother. John Botz; five sisters,
Mrs. John Fritz, Mrs. Theresa Getter.
Mrs. Wolfred Bausinger, Mrs.
Catherine Letterman and Mrs. Anna
Dockwiller, two grandchildren and
one great-grandchild.
Mr. Botz for many years conducted
a general store on the North
Side, retiring about four years ago
to his farm at Memphis.

place at the undertaklng rooms of
William P. Hart Thursday morning
and later in the Church of the Assumption.
