Mrs Carrie Kalal
Mrs Carrie Kalal, 38 years old, wife of the late Joseph Kalal, died last night at the Haystack Sanitarium from tuberculosis. Her husband died at the same institution October 29, 1915. Her body was removed to the Stein Morgue where it was prepared for burial and taken to the home of her sister, Mrs John Sedars, Mapleside, this morning. Interment will be made beside her husband in St Patrick's cemetery. The deceased is survived by her mother, Mrs Mary McKenzie of LaVale, one brother, J A McKenzie, of Cumberland and the following sisters: Mrs John Sedars, Mrs Joseph Reitmeir, Mrs James Leasure and Mrs Leonard Grabenstein. She is also survived by three children, as follows: Michael Kalal, Misses Mary and Josephine Kalal, living with their aunt, Mrs John Sedars at Mapleside. Funeral will take place from St Mary's church Monday morning at 9 o'clock.
