WALTER W JENTSCH

Walter W. Jentsch, W1481 Schneider road, Hilbert, age 77, passed away on Friday, July 28, 1995, at Calumet Medical Center in Chilton following a short illness.
He was born April 3, 1918 in the town of Rantoul, son of the late Gustave and Anna (Zarnoth) Jentsch. He married Shirley Ann Edwards on September 1, 1945 in Reedsville. Jentsch farmed in the town of Rantoul his entire life and was a lifetime member of Trinity Lutheran Church in Rantoul.
Survivors include his wife, Shirley Ann; two daughters and sons-in-law, Sandra Ann and Mark Wagner of Menomonee Falls; Shelby Anna and Ron Zahringer of Hilbert; a son and daughter-in-law, Walter Jr. and Marjory Jentsch of Sherwood; seven grandchildren; and one brother and sister-in-law, Robert and Florence Jentsch of Manitowoc. He was preceded in death by his parents, six sisters and six brothers.
Funeral services were held Tuesday, August 1, at Trinity Lutheran Church in Rantoul, with the Rev. Ferdinand Timler officiating. Burial was in the church cemetery.
