Death of Mrs. Angeline Rhodes (publ. Meadville Repub. Weds, 9-8-1915) Transcription of text: Mrs. Angeline Rhodes, ages 88 years passed away at the County farm Tuesday afternoon following a brief Illness. Mrs. Rhodes was the widow of the late Sidney Rhodes and was widely known through the Eastern portion of the County, She is survived by two sons, Peter and Lincoln Rhodes both of Townville, and one brother, J. W. Altenburg of Townville and one sister Mrs. Lena Banta of Manchester, Ia. Mrs. Rhodes was the daughter of George and Mary Altenburg, early residents of Eastern Crawford County. The funeral will be held on Wednesday at 4 o'clock at the home of Mrs. J. W. Arnold in Townville and will be conducted by Rev. C. H. Wood, pastor of the Townville Baptist church. Interment will be made in the Greenlawn Cemetery.
