W. H. Morris died at an early hour yesterday morning at his residence on the hill. The cause of death was stomach complaints. He was a native of Illinois.
Mr. Dorris conducted a hotel at Florence and had considerable interests at Buffalo Hump.
The family moved to Leiwson about a year ago.
A wife, two daughters, and a son survive him.
His daughters, Mrs. C. Flock and Miss Dorris, and also his son, E. Dorris reside in Lewiston.
