Ms. Cora Bell Boggs Taylor, 79, entered eternal rest on Sunday, March 16, 2014 at Hospice Savannah surrounded by loving and devoted family.

She was a native of Whitehall, SC and lived in Savannah, GA for many years. She was educated in the public schools of Chatham County.

She was a faithful member of St. Phillip Monumental A.M.E. Church where she sung in the Progressive and Gospel choirs and recently celebrated 50 years of faithful membership.

She was preceded in death by her parents Sarah and Isaiah Boggs, a son, Moses J. Boggs.

She leaves to cherish her memories, a sister, Ann Ellis of Savannah, GA, daughter-in-law, Beverly Boggs of Savannah, GA, three granddaughters, Toinise (Jemaul) Williams of Brunswick, GA, Tonshay Boggs of Charlotte, NC and Crystal Boggs of Evans, GA, two great grandchildren, several nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.

Funeral service will be held 11:00 a.m. Thursday, March 20, 2014 at St. Phillip Monumental AME Church, 1112 Jefferson St., Savannah, GA, Rev. George A. Moore, Pastor. Interment ~ Catholic Cemetery.
