Louise was born March 2 1925 in Illinois, to Roy Harold Frame and Mabel (Peavler) Frame. She married Raymond K. Buehl in Keokuk, IA. she then married Albert G. Burgess in Keokuk, IA. and later married Walter J. Woll in Quincy, IL.
She is preceded in death by her oldest son; Michael Lee Buehl and grandson Steven Aaron Buehl, both of Gautier, MS; step-son; Albert "LaVerne" Burgess, Westminster, CA.; her parents; Roy and Mabel Frame, brothers; Wayne Frame and John Frame, both of Keokuk, IA.; grandparents; Mr. John B. and Mrs. Minne (Frampton) Frame; and Mr. William Henry and Mrs. Clara Ann (Hurley) Peavler, all of Keokuk, IA.
