Hazel Bergeman Thomas, 88, died June 13, 1999, of natural causes.
She was born January 26, 1911 in Blue Earth, Minnesota to Julius and Emma Kastning Bergeman. She married Jesse C. Thomas on October 23, 1935, in Salt Lake City, Utah.
She worked many years, her last job lasting 20 years in the Chem. Department at Eimac (Varian) Company. Her hobbies were growing beautiful flowers and roses.
Survived by one daughter, Gloria Woolsey of Magna; three grandchildren, Steve and Brent Woolsey of Magna; and Tamra Woolsey of West Valley City; one great-granddaughter, Meranda Woolsey of Heber, Utah; two brothers, Rodney Bergeman of Blackfoot, Idaho; Sy Bergeman, Idaho Falls, Idaho; three sisters, Lydia (Toots) Chaffin, Blackfoot, Idaho; Dorothy (Austin) Jensen, Idaho Falls, Idaho; Bernice (Julian) Parrish, California.
Preceded in death by her husband, Jesse, parents, three brothers and two sisters.
A very special thanks to the staff and doctors at Heritage Bennion Care Center who took such good care of mom and the love they gave her.
Graveside services will be held Saturday June 19, 1999, 3:30 p.m. at Larkin Sunset Gardens Cemetery/Mortuary, 10600 South 1700 East, Sandy, where friends may call Saturday 2:30-3:30 p.m.
