BALDWYN – Rachel Crump Gaston, 79, died Sunday, March 23, 2014, at North Mississippi Medical Center in Tupelo. She was born Oct. 5, 1935, to Pree and Virginia McGee Crump. She was a member of Mt. Olive M.B. Church in Baldwyn.
Service will be at 11 a.m. Thursday, March 27, at Mt. Olive M.B. Church in Baldwyn with the Rev. Wayne Myles officiating. Burial will be in the church cemetery. Agnew & Sons Funeral Home of Baldwyn is in charge of arrangements.
Survivors include one daughter, Elizabeth Billups of Baldwyn; two brothers, Robert (Vera) Crump and Bobby C. (Elizabeth) Crump, both of Baldwyn; one sister, Mildred (Ellis Carl) Billups; four grandchildren and five great-grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews, and other relatives and friends.
Visitation is from 2 to 5 p.m. today and the family hour is from 5 to 6 p.m. today at the funeral home. The body will be placed in the church one hour prior to service.
