Abraham Bauch was actually born in and died in what is today known as Teplice-Sobedruhy a district of the city of Teplice in Northern Bohemia. Sobedruhy was also known as Soborten in German prior to WWII and was a separate village. It was incorporated into the city of Teplice after WWII. He is buried in the historic Jewish cemetery in Teplice-Sobedruhy, one of the oldest in Bohemia.
