Ladie Edwin Kacir, 78, of Victoria passed away on Monday, March 24, 2014. He was born June 3, 1935 in Yoakum, TX to the late Charles Edwin and Ella Haynes Kacir. Ladie was an Instrument Technician for 23 years retiring from CPL and was a member of Our Saviour's Lutheran Church. He proudly served his country in the U.S. Air Force. When Ladie retired he loved working on clocks and became known as "The Clock Man".

In addition to his parents, Mr. Kacir was preceded in death by his first wife, Barbara Jean Kacir; sisters, Libbie Fuchik, Louise Lehman and brothers, Ervin Kacir and Charles Kacir, Jr.

Interment will follow services in Memory Gardens Cemetery.
