Kelly B. Puckett, 77, of Great Bend, Kansas, died July 15, 2001, at Integrated Health Services in Great Bend.
He was born Aug. 12, 1923, in Kiowa, the son of Burney and Mary Dillard Puckett. He was a 1942 graduate of Great Bend High School.
He married Maxine Bush.
A long time resident of Great Bend, he was a retired assembly line worker. Puckett was a member of First Christian Church in Great Bend.
He was a U.S. Army veteran of World War II.
Survivors included his wife of the home; two sons, Don Puckett of Geneseo, Ill. and Todd Puckett of Tuscaloosa, Ala.; two sisters, Maxine Oller of Great Bend and Billie Jean Lord of Mobile, Ala.; and two grandchildren.
