Joseph Munie, 80 years old, died in St. Elizabeth Hospital at 12:20 o'clock Thursday morning. He was ill for a long time. His home was at 2023 Wet A street.
Deceased was born in Landagathe, Lorraine on September 12, 1832, and he came to America when 17 years of age. He married Christina Germain. Up to 1895 he lived on a farm near this city, and then moved to Belleville.
Surviving are his widow, two sons and four daughters:

The funeral will be at 8:45 o'clock Saturday morning to St. Mary's Church, thence to Walnut Hill Cemetery.
