Mrs. Anna, wife of Solomon Hauxhurst, of White twp., who has been confined to her room for several months, died on Tuesday morning last, aged 68 years. She was a well beloved lady, a faithful wife and mother, and a general favorite wherever known. Her remains will be interred in Oakland Cemetery on Thursday.

Note: Anna's maiden name is given as "Vancott" on her son's (Jackson) death certificate. On her daughter's (Annie) death certificate, it is given as "Jackson."
