Services for Louis H. Neu were held Tuesday, June 2, 1970, in Murphy Mortuary by the Rev. Don Myers of the First Baptist Church of Lancaster, California.
A resident of Antelope Valley, since 1941, Mr. Neu, a retired mechanic, who maintained heavy duty equipment, died May 29, 1970 in Antelope Valley Hospital. He was born April 25, 1911 in Oklahoma. Mr. Neu was a charter member of the Lancaster Moose Lodge.
He was married April 30, 1935 in Oklahoma to the former Willie Barton who survives at the home, 44765 Genoa Ave.
Surviving are two sons, Bill Neu, Lancaster, and C.G. "Chuck Hughes, Portland, Oregon, his mother Mrs. Clara Neu, Shattuck, Oklahoma; five brothers, Bill, Roy, Ed, George, and Carl Neu and seven grandchildren.
