Anna LaFazia, 87, of Merino Street, died Thursday at Rhode Island Hospital. She was the wife of the late Emil LaFazia.

The daughter of the late George and Maria (Paladino) Peloso, she was a lifelong Providence resident.

She leaves three daughters, Dorothy Danella of Cranston, Catherine Deion of Johnston and Lois Guilford of West Warwick; two sons; George LaFazia of Oxnard, Calif., and Raymond LaFazia of Little Compton; 11 grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.

The funeral will be Monday at 9 a.m. from the Nardolillo Funeral Home, 1278 Park Ave., Cranston, with a Mass of Christian Burial at 10 at St. Anthony Church, Plainfield Street, Providence. Burial will be in St. Ann Cemetery, Cranston.
