Olive Christine Seal was born to David C Seals and Louanna Amoux. She was the youngest daughter and one of nineteen children born to this couple. According to family legend all of the girls of this family had boys nick-names and this is how she because 'Aunt Bill'. Although raised in Texas sometime in the 1920's she met and married Ordis Jeff Sisco in 1924. There life appears to have mirrored many folks of the 'Dust Bowl' and Depression era. They moved from place to place trying to find work and create a home for their family. During that period Bill had four children. They are:
Pauline Hazel Sisco (1925-1982)
Helen Geraldine Sisco
Wanda Olive Sisco (1929-1999)
Ordis Jeff Sisco Jr. (1931-1999)
