Peggy White Billingsley, 67, of Looxahoma, MS, passed away March 18, 2014. Mrs. Billingsley was a retired beautician and former Memphis Policewoman and medical assistant. She was preceded in death by her husband, Russell C. Billingsley and grandson, Jerry Price III. She is survived by her daughter, Kandy Billingsley of Sardis, MS; son, Russell Billingsley III (Nicole) of Senatobia, MS; sister, Jewel Dean White of Rock, West Virginia; grandchildren, Paige Price, Ryan Billingsley, Beth Billingsley, Kylie Billingsley, Morgan Crum and Jayden Billingsley; great grandchildren, Ethan and Carlie Lunceford; and special friend, Dale Rutledge of Courtland, MS.
