Jean Ann Brothers, 45, of Marlin, passed away on Saturday, Nov. 19, 2005. Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. Tuesday, Nov. 22 at Adams Funeral Home Chapel with Dr. Gary Clark and the Rev. George Lumpkin officiating. Burial will be at Hillcrest Cemetery. Visitation will be from 6 to 8 p.m. Monday at the funeral home.
Jean was born in Corpus Christi, Texas, to John Edward and Catherine Pappas White. She was employed by the Temple and Marlin V.A. Hospitals as a prosthetic clerk and was a Marlin resident for 15 years. She was a member of the First United Methodist Church, loved to grow roses and was active in antiquing and craft shows.
She was preceded in death by a sister, Carolyn Healy.
Survivors include her husband, Larry Brothers, of Marlin; brother, Paul White and wife, Jean, of Salado; nephew, Bryan White and wife, Tara, of Covington, LA; niece, Karen Payne and husband, Brian, of Stockbridge, GA.; great-nephews, Seth Payne and Jack White; and great-niece, Mary Ella White.
