Mrs. Donald W. Collins, 33, of 519 9th Ave., Rock Island, was pronounced dead on arrival Saturday at St. Anthony's Hospital.
Services will be 1 p.m. Tuesday at the Hodgson Chapel. Burial will be in the Blue Grass Cemetery.
Visitation will be from 7 to 9 p.m. today and 2 to 5 and 7 to 9 p.m. Monday at the funeral home.
Jacqueline Daniels was born in Davenport. She married Mr. Collins in 1956, in Rock Island.
Among the survivors are her husband; a daughter, Karla; sons, Larry and Donald Jr., all at home, and brothers, Roger and William Daniels, both of Davenport, and James Daniels, Moline.
