When he returned home he met and married Dorothy Cox from St. George, Utah, May 5, 1947. Later sealed in the Salt Lake City LDS Temple on Sept. 20, 1950 for time and all eternity. They have been married for 66 years and reside in Bountiful, Utah where they raised 9 children, 5 daughters and 4 sons. He loved his family and had a wonderful testimony of the Gospel of Jesus Christ. He loved to fish, hunt and garden and loved his cabin in the mountains.
Grant J. Tobler is survived by his wife, Dorothy Tobler, and children; Vicki (Roy) Neimoyer, MaryLyn (Hal) Riley, Larry (Debbie) Tobler, Maurine (Rick) Waite, Linda (Wes) Gilbert, Brenda (Cliff) Kice, Jeff (Kris) Tobler, Don (Kristy) Tobler, Darrell (Celeste) Tobler. Brother Fenton Tobler. 43 Grandchildren, 82 Great-Grandchildren and 6 Great-Great-Grandchildren.
He is preceded in death by his parents and granddaughter, MaryLyn Neimoyer, 5 brothers and 2 sisters.
Interment, Bountiful City Cemetery.
