He is survived by two sons, Joel Helveston of North Ft. Myers and James R. Helveston of Naples; two daughters, Charlene Dohle of Lake Jackson, Texas and Marcia Ray of Freeport, Texas; and brother, Earl Helveston of Tice; two sisters, Beatrice Bronson and Leola Edeker, bot of Tice; 12 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren.
Funeral services at Leo W. Engelhardt Funeral Home with Rev. Walter Hickman officiating. Burial will be in Indian Spring Cemetery in Punta Gorda.
