Oma Jean Brown, 66, of Cordova, retired from Wal-Mart customer service in Millington after 25 years, died Sunday at Baptist Memorial Hospital-Memphis. Services will be at 2 p.m. today at Forest Hill Funeral Home East with burial in Forest Hill Cemetery East. She was a member of Raleigh Springs Baptist Church. She leaves a daughter, Susan Beth Wilson of Cordova; a son, Steven Blain Brown of Fort Worth, Texas; three sisters, Grace Wilson of Memphis, Sue Taylor of Cordova and Ann Riebold of Hillsboro, Mo.; a brother, James Carden of Greenville, Mo., and seven grandchildren. The family requests that any memorials be sent to the American Cancer Society.
