Bob attended the "old" West School in Bessemer City. His greatest achievement was his love of his wife, being a great daddy and raising his family in a Christian home. He was the most loving, devoted husband you could ever wish for, a protective, dependable and caring Daddy. He was truly a treasure to his family. Bob was also an active and long-standing member of the Bessemer City Church of God. He held many positions in the church, including but not limited to: Sunday School Superintendent, substitute teacher for Sunday school classes, assisted the ladies "Willing Workers" by delivering chicken plates. He was also a devoted church custodian for around 40 years. Bob's love for sister Greenway and sister Mack was shown by his home visits and providing them with transportation to and from church.
Intermet in Westview Gardens, Bessemer City.
