Francis "Frank" Everrard Ball passed away at the age of 82. He was born to George and Nellie Laura Emma Compton Ball and had lived in Utah since 1992. Frank was a civil engineer for Kennecott Copper Corp, retiring in 1977. He was a member of LDS church, the Boy Scouts and B.P.O. Elks Lodge. He graduated from White Pine County High School in Ely, NV and attended Utah State University in Salt Lake City, UT. His wife, Theola, brothers, George William, Raymond Compton and Robert Dean preceded him in death. Also his half sisters, George Anna Ball Draper and Lima Ball Kirkman. Surviving are son, Robert Merrill of Amarillo, TX; son, Lloyd Clinton and sister, Marjorie Ball Martineau, both of Salt Lake City; 12 grandchildren and 7 great-grandchildren.
