Sheri B. Thompson, 56, passed away on Thursday, March 6, 2014 at St. Elizabeth Hospital in Gonzales, LA at 7:30 am. She was a native of Monroe, LA and a resident of Prairieville, LA. Sheri worked as a loan officer at Florida Parishes Bank in Hammond, LA. She was an officer in the APMW. She is survived by her loving husband, J. Tim Thompson; sons, James Nathan Thompson and Sims Lincoln Thompson; mother, Nadine Cork; father, James D. Bumpurs; two sisters, Cynthia Wallace and Nina Fanning. Visiting at Resthaven Funeral Home, 11817 Jefferson Hwy., Baton Rouge, on Monday, March 10, 2014 from 9:30 am until funeral service at 10:30 am. Interment in Resthaven Gardens of Memory.
