Bert Fields was born on January 2, 1935 in Perry County, Kentucky, the son of John and Dora Farler Fields who preceded him in death. He is survived by two sisters, Lorene Campbell and Alene Thompson of London, four brothers, John and Emanuel Fields both of London, Paul Fields of Bremen, Kentucky and Mark Fields of Arlington, Texas. Besides his parents he was also survived by two brothers, Eugene and Rufus Fields.
He was a retired factory worker, a member of the Lily Church of Christ and a veteran of the United States Army.
