She was born in Auglaize County July 27, 1875.
Surviving are two daughters, Mrs. E. A. Hauenstein of 717 W. Market and Mrs. Hay; one son, William H. Scott of Pittsburgh, Pa.; and three granddaughters.
She was a member of the Congregational Christian Church.
Funeral services will be 10:30 a.m. Saturday in the Chiles and Son Chapel with Rev. Elwyn Owen officiating.
Burial will be in Woodlawn Cemetery.
