Charles was preceded in death by his wife of 42 years, Sandra; his father; his mother; and his brother, Bobby England. He is survived by his sister, Pamela Cumings; his three Children, Janie Silva, Barbara Valenzuela and Danny England; 8 grandchildren; 16 great grandchildren; 2 great-great grandchildren; many nieces and nephews.
Charles was a U.S. Army Veteran and was very proud of his service to his country and his three grandchildren, one who has served and two now serving in the military. Charles worked in the agriculture industry and was a Journeyman Mechanic/ Welder working for a number of farm equipment companies and Welding fabrication companies in the Yuma area. He enjoyed designing and with his outstanding welding skills building trailers for his family and friends. He was an avid outdoorsmen enjoyed camping, hunting, fishing and cookouts with his family and friends. He always had special recipes he prepared especially his Chili and wonderful German Chocolate cake. He always looked forward to the outings with lifelong friend Burnis Williams.
Service will be held at 12:30 p.m. on Tuesday, March 11, 2014 at Gila Mountain United Methodist Church, 12716 N Frontage Rd, Yuma. A private internment will follow at Sunset Vista.
