Mary was the daughter of Ervin H Brennan & Rosetta D Fryer. She married Merle Edward Day & they had 2 children. - From Lillie Riney Mary Margaret Day, age 85 of Blandinsville, Illinois, passed away at 2:34 a.m. Wednesday August 3, 2016 at Oakwood Estates in Stronghurst. She was born December 22, 1930 near St. Patrick, Missouri, the daughter of Ervin Michael and Rosetta Fryer Brennan. On June 20, 1951, she married Merle Day at St. Patrick's Catholic Church near Raritan, Illinois. He preceded her in death on February 15, 1995. Mary Margaret was an active volunteer in several organizations. She enjoyed crafts, people, nature, traveling and visiting with friends. She was proud of her Irish heritage, and especially proud of her children, grandchildren and great grandchildren. She was active in "Teens Encounter Christ", and was a member of St. Patrick's Catholic Church near Raritan, IL. She enjoyed her collection of antique feather trees, and always lived life to the fullest. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, and two grandchildren, Nathan Bray and Jessica Day.
