The former Margaret Zdzieblowski was born on August 1, 1907 in Ballston Spa, New York the daughter of the late Mr and Mrs John Zdzieblowski. On September 30, 1925 she married Ernest Washburn in Wausau. He survives.
Survivors include three daughters Mrs Donald Cook of Wausau, Mrs Deryl McCart, Corydon, Iowa, and Mrs Jack Parker of Mosinee; three sons, John of Tucson, Arizona, Dr. Ernest of Spartanburg, SC, and Jim of Mosinee; three brothers, Frank Zdzieblowski of Chicago, Bruno Zdzieblowski of Mosinee and Anthony Zdzieblowski of Steven's Point; a sister Mrs Sophie Figon of Mosinee; 26 grandchildren and 25 great grandchildren.
Funeral services were held on Wednesday February 7, 1979 at 10:00 AM at the Beste Funeral Home. The Rev. Joseph Tetzlaff of St. Paul's Catholic Church officiated and burial was in the Mosinee Cemetery. A rosary was held on Tuesday night at the Beste Funeral Home in Mosinee.
