To son Thomas John, ex., tracts formerly called “Hammond's Hills” and “Mountainy Neck”, south of Severn R., now called “Hammond's Purchase” containing 540 A. and adjoining tract.
To son Nicholas, 418 A. on N. side of Severn R. formerly called “Swan Neck” and “The Ridge” now known as “The Recovery” and 77 A. “Hammond's Quarter”.
To daus. Rachel and Comfort, and to John Burle, Sr. personalty.
To slave Pate her freedom.
To sons Thomas John and Nicholas, residue of estate both in Md. and England.
