Born in Dallas County, she was the daughter of Henry Andrew Anderson
and Madue Polk, both of Dallas County. Mrs. Latham received her education at
Garland High School, Texas Christian University and the University of Texas.

On Dec. 22, 1931, she married Richard Sidney Latham in Dallas. She was a homemaker and member of Pea town Christian Church in Gregg County.

Mrs. Latham was a member of the Dallas TCU Club, Legislative Ladies Club of Austin, Lawyers' Wives Club of Longview; Federated Women's Club of Longview and the Gregg County Historical Society.
