Some family trees list her last name as Lockhart. On her son Samuel Houston Manasco's death certificate it is listed as Seny Lacker . On her daughter Sarah's death certificate her name is listed as Nancy Locker.
The 1860 census notes her birthplace as Tennssee but in 1850-1880 census records it is listed as Alabama.

One day last week, Mrs. Manasco, wife of Honorable W. B. Manasco, died very suddenly at her home near Nauvoo.

In 1850 Wiley and Dicenia are living in the northern district of Hancock County, Alabama.
They have 5 children: Orleana (Jane) age 10, Gilbert age 8 (listed as Filbert), George (M.) age 6, Elizabeth age 3 and Carlton (Wilburn) age 1.
In 1860 there is no record of Gilbert so an assumption could be made that he is deceased.Daughter Levisa is added to the family in 1854 and John (Wiley) in 1858. The family is living in Winston County in Township 12 Range 9, where they will also be in 1870 & 1880.
By 1870 another daughter Sarah (Catherine)age 10 and (Samuel) Houston age 7.
In 1880 the family consists of Blount, Dicenia, Sarah Catherine , Samuel Houston and a grandson William Martin age 15 is living with the family.He is the child of a widowed Orleana Jane and William Young Martin.
