Newton was the bachelor son of George Harvey LeMay and Eliza Puckett LeMay. Prior to becoming ill, he earned his living by working as a coal miner. He accepted an invitation to live in the home of his sister, Theresa LeMay Goforth, in Middletown, Ohio. Mr. LeMay passed away, from the effects of mitral insufficiency and emphysema. His remains were sent to Illinois and laid to rest beside those of his family.

Arthur Goforth was named administrator of the estate of Newton LeMay, of Middletown, estimated at $1,500 by probate court Friday.

Probate Court.

Theresa Goforth received $1000.50 from the estate of her brother and paid an inheritance tax of $25.48, papers filed in probate court Saturday show.
