Ralph Nevitt "Dick", 68, of 223 Wood Street, Bedford, died Wednesday evening, February 13, 1974, in Bedford County Memorial Hospital. He was born in Friends Cove, December 5, 1905, a son of George W. and Mae (McDaniel) Nevitt. He is survived by his wife, the former Mildred Beegle, and two children, and three grandchildren. He had the following brothers and sisters -- Daisy (Nevitt) Koontz, Ora (Koontz) Diehl, Warren "Bill" Nevitt, George Nevitt Jr., Grace (Nevitt) Kilcon, Ray Nevitt, Margaret (Nevitt)Nycum, Mildred (Nevitt) Berkheimer, and one unknown and other unknown brother. Ralph was an employee of Sealtest Milk Company for 38 years, and had been employed at the Bedford Lumber Company. He was a member of the Trinity Lutheran Church in Bedford, and the Bedford Elks Lodge.
