Mrs. Edna Irene Boyer, aged 26, wife of Pfc. Joseph H. Boyer, now in the Philippines, died at 7 a.m. yesterday at the Bashline-Shrum hospital where she had been a patient since July 5. Her illness dated from last December.
She was born in Titusville April 3, 1919, a daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Harry Fenstermaker, now of Route 3. She attended the Gresham school and was married to Mr. Boyer October 5, 1939 at Butler. She resided at Townville for three years and had lived with her parents since Mr. Boyer entered the army.
... Interment will be in Kerr Hill cemetery.
