Annabelle Vause Nazworth Perry Crisler, 93, of Albany, GA, died February 23, 2014 at Lee County Health and Rehabilitation Center. Graveside funeral services will be held Thursday at 2:00 PM at Andersonville National Cemetery. Rev. William Collins and Rev. Ronnie Kinsaul will officiate.
A native of Arran, FL, Mrs. Crisler was born to the late Jesse and Darthullah Griffin Vause. She attended school in Arran, Fl and Cairo, GA before moving to Albany, GA in 1951. Mrs. Crisler was a charter member of Calvary Baptist Church in Albany, GA however in recent years, Porterfield United Methodist Church had ministered to her. She was employed as a Customer Service Representative with Sears for seventeen years and was a member of the Sears Best Club.
Mrs. Crisler's greatest legacy was her Christian example. She became a Christian at age 8 and truly exhibited the gifts of teaching, serving, giving, and being merciful.

Survivors include two daughters, Linda Perry Taylor and Rosanne Perry Lewis and her husband, Thomas all of Albany, GA, seven grandchildren and eleven great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husbands, Donald Louis Nazworth, Howard Allemong Perry and Thomas Nelson Crisler, two children, Norma Elaine Nazworth and Donna Nazworth Messer Nahlen, her sisters, Jennie Frances Vause Raker, Ollie Vause Rose, Ethel Vause Pelt, Thelma Vause Smith and Darthullah (Dot) Vause Woodfin and her brothers, Woodrow Vause, Cloyce (Frosty) Vause and Evander (Buddy) Vause.
The family will receive friends Wednesday from 5:30 PM until 7:00 PM at Mathews Funeral Home.
