Clarence is survived by his wife of 71 years, Imagene Foster and ten children: Richard(Yvonne)Foster, Rebecca(Jasper)Speaks, Jerry(Shirley)Foster, Glenda Cabales, Roger(Claudette)Foster, Debbie(William)Stockham, Retha(Terry)Frankland, Karen(Tommy)Wood, Bobby(Nikki)Foster, Craig(Sabrina)Foster; Sisters, Ada Tucker, Lois Braden, Wilma Tolbert; 26 grandchildren, 44 great grandchildren and 4 great great grandchildren. He is preceded in death by parents Lindsey and Minnie Foster, in-laws, Samuel and Arkie Tipton, sisters, Stella Tucker, Evelyn Heinrichs and son-in-law David Cabales.
