WARD D. FISHER
A retired farmer, Ward D. Fisher, 93, of 305 West Broad Street, Angola, died Friday at his home.
Funeral services were conducted at 2 p.m. Monday at the Weicht Funeral Home with Rev. Wayne Davis, pastor of the Flint and Helmer United Methodist Churches, officiating. Interment followed in South Scott Cemetery.
Fisher was born March 3, 1880, in Steuben County to Hiram and Susan Fisher. He was a member of the Flint United Methodist Church and a 47-year member of the Loyal Order of Moose.
Surviving are one daughter, Mrs. Wreathea Brown, Route 3, Angola; four sons, Clifford and Hollis, Angola; Carlton, Culver; and Robert, Moorestown, New Jersey; 21 grandchildren; 41 great-grandchildren; and one brother, Oscar Fisher, Bushnell, Florida.
A son, Harold, preceded him in death.
