Services will be at 1 p.m. at Egelhof, Siegert & Casper Locust Street Funeral Home, 1145 Locust St., where friends may call from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. Friday. Burial will be in Oakwood Cem., Monticello, Ia.
He was born on May 19, 1912, in Monticello, son of Charles and Anna Lambert.
He attended Coe College. He received his Bachelor of Science degree from Totts. During World War #2, he was a Navy V-5 flight instructor. He was in the metal fabricating business for 40 years. He was a member of the Masonic Lodge for more than 60 years. He was a charter member of EAA, Chapter 327.
Surviving are his wife, Imogene "Jean" Lambert and two nieces, Nancy (Lewis) Stiemke and Doreen Fluckiger. Special thanks to Sue and Jim Brimmer.
