Death certificate indicated that she resided at 1112 Freeman Road in Neosho and had been a school teacher in the public schools. She died at the Cardwell Memorial Hospital in Stella from post surgical shock from a massive intestinal obstruction and intestinal rupture.
She was the daughter of Lucian Culver Amsden and Electa Foster Gale.
She was sent to Elmwood Cemetery in Kansas City, MO and buried in Park Cemetery in Carthage, MO under the direction of Thompson Funeral Home in Neosho, MO.
