Brian Douglas Howarth passed away January 24, 2014. Brian was born in 1965 at Marinette, Wis. to Charles and Nancy Jo Howarth. He was the youngest of four sons and five years later got a sister [names omitted].

He was graduated from Wasson High School in Colorado Springs, Colo. in 1984 and from Wenatchee Valley College June 10, 2005 with a degree of associate of technical science in radiological technology.

While working at Kalispell Medical Center he met the love of his life, Kathleen Ann Redmond and they married Sept. 6, 2008. He always said how much he loved his wife. Kathy had two daughters who gave them two grandchildren [names omitted]. Brian also has numerous nieces and nephews.

Brian loved the outdoors, camping and fishing with Kathy, family and friends.

He was a wonderful son to his mother and always looked after her and helped all he could.

Brian was preceded in death by his father Charles and both sets of grandparents, Milo Sr. and Viola Howarth and John and Irene Schaffer.

Funeral services will be held Saturday, Feb. 1 at Shepherd of the Valley Lutheran Church, Missouri Synod, 1192 Mt. Silcox Rd., Thompson Falls at 11 a.m. with a viewing at 10 a.m. Pastor Erich Kalberer will officiate.

Burial will be at the Noxon Cemetery next to his dad.
