George Randolph Alcorn, was a Revolutionary War Veteran who enlisted at Fairfield District South Carolina as a Volunteer in 1780. As a Private, he served in the Militia under Capt. Thomas Hana, Col. Hammond, and Capt. Davis. (Proof of Service is his Pension Claim S. 31516)


George was the son of Robert Alcorn Sr. and Mary Anne Quinn, and married Elizabeth Margaret Sol. They were married were in 1785 in Fairfield, South Carolina.
