John F. Theodore, 38, died suddenly in an automobile accident in Richmond, Va., on Wednesday, Aug. 14, 1996. He was the loving husband of Roxann; the devoted father of Amanda and Kevin; dearest brother of Richard Theodore, William Theodore, James Hart, Marnie Hart and Linda Hicks. He was the loving son of Jack Theodore and Jackie Hart. He is also survived by loving grandparents, William and Kathryn Johnson. The family will receive friends from 3 to 5 p.m. Sunday in Kellum Funeral Home, Bonney Road Chapel, where a chapel service will be held at 10 a.m. Monday with interment following in the Eastern Shore Chapel Cemetery, Virginia Beach.
