BALDWYN – Johnny Wayne Hallmark, 59, died Sunday, Feb. 16, 2014, at his home after a lengthy illness. He was born Dec. 12, 1954, in Baldwyn to O.H and Mickey Hallmark. He worked for Action for many years and attended the Pentecostal Church. He loved racing cars and spending time with his family.

Services will be 11 a.m. Tuesday, Feb. 18, at Lee Memorial Funeral Home Chapel with Bro. Bobby Upchurch and Bro. Tommy Kendall officiating. Burial will follow in Lee Memorial Park. Lee Memorial Funeral Home is in charge.

He is survived by his wife of 40 years, Dorothy Sue Hallmark of Baldwyn; his children, Kenny Wayne Hallmark and Christy Hallmark, both of Baldwyn; three grandchildren, Dustin Baker, Brandon Vick and Amy Edwards; five sisters, Nancy Cartwright (Wayne) of Ellistown, Sarah Jackson (Jimmy) of Saltillo, Ann Hallmark of Guntown, Terri Kendall (Tommy) of Saltillo and Judy Willmoth (Bobby) of Arley, Ala.; four brothers, Jimmy Hallmark (Brenda) and James Hallmark, both of Baldwyn, Ricky Hallmark of Guntown and Jackie Hallmark of Dyersburg, Tenn.; and numerous nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents; and one brother, Carl Hallmark.

Pallbearers will be Thomas Young, Jimmy Moore, Joey Moore, Jimmy Ray Moore, Justin Moore, Gene Jones, Charlie Thrasher and Jr. Dunaway.
