A native of Nashville, TN, she was preceded in death by her parents, Charles R. Kinnard, Jr. and Gladys Gann Kinnard, and also her son, Michael Wayne Hayes.
Funeral services will be held Friday at 10 a.m., at Woodfin Funeral Chapel in Smyrna. Brother Ron Caldwell will officiate. Burial will follow in Roselawn Memorial Gardens.
Mrs. Ross is survived by her loving husband, 2 sons, niece, step-daughters, sister, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, along with several nieces and nephews, and a host of loving friends (family names have been omitted to protect privacy).
Mrs. Ross was a member of Old Jefferson Church of Christ and was retired from customer services with Castner Knott's. Her favorite holiday was Christmas, and she loved spending time with her family and friends, especially her great-grandchildren. Mrs. Ross enjoyed yard sales, traveling and was a devoted Atlanta Braves fan.
Family and friends will serve as Pallbearers.
Memorials can be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
