Victoria – Vincent Clark, 81, passed away on Tuesday, February 10, 2014. He was born in Bassfield, Mississippi on September 23, 1932 to the late Richard and Azaline Dye Clark. Vincent proudly served his country as a member of the United States Air Force and retired after 23 years. He also worked for the City of Victoria for 20 years, and he was a member of the VFW Post #4146.

Vincent is survived by his daughter, Vicki Malone and husband, Wayne of Victoria; sons, Gary Clark and wife Cindy of Victoria, and Roger Clark and wife, Beverly of Elm Mott; sister, Helen Hode and husband, Dale of Gulfport Mississippi; brother, Herman Clark and wife, Jenny of Gulfport, Mississippi; grandchildren, Amy, Bethany, James, Elizabeth Ann, and Cordell Clark, Colt and Brandi Carlisle, Madison Hauschild, Baron and Brandon Lewallen; friend, Allie McCain. In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his wife, Margaret Machalec Clark; sister, Dorothy Harrington, and brothers, Richard Emitt Clark and Robert "Bobby" Clark.

The family will receive friends at Grace Funeral Home on Saturday, February 15, 2014 from 1-2:30 p.m. Funeral services will follow at 3:00 p.m. with Deacon Jim Koenig officiating. Burial with full military honors under the auspices of the Victoria County Veterans Council, AL, CWV, VFW, DAV, MCL, MOWW, EX-POW, MOPH, VVA, and KWV will be at Coletoville cemetery.

Pallbearers are John Zimmer, Steven Zimmer, Mark Tabola, Aaron Lewallen, Victor Machalec III, and Tim Pietsch.

Memorials in Vincent's name may be directed to the American Cancer Society.
