CHINA L. HANCHETT
China L. Hanchett, father of Everett T. Hanchett of Averill Park, died yesterday at the residence, 148 Park Avenue, Syracuse. Mr. Hanchett was a retired employee of the New York Central Railroad and a former resident of Rotterdam Junction. Other survivors include his wife, Mrs. Bertha Carver Hanchett; five daughters, Mrs. Michael Reuter, Newark, N.J. Mrs. Robert Brown, Hartford Conn., Mrs. Robert Whitman and Miss Joyce Hanchett of Syracuse; a son, Pvt. Roger C. Hanchett, U. S. Army, one sister, Mrs. Earl Sanderson, Syracuse, and several grandchildren. Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Wednesday from the Fairchild & Meech Funeral Chapel, Syracuse, and temporary interment will be in Oakwood Vault, Syracuse
